Location more than 30 miles from Dayton, Ohio subject to a $0.75 per mile travel fee. The fee is calculated at the total round-trip distance there and back.
Payment options/ deposit
Payment Options
You can choose to pay your wedding package in full upfront, or take advantage of a flexible payment plan.
Payment Plan
A 20% non-refundable deposit is required within two weeks of booking to officially secure your date.
The remaining balance can then be divided into three equal payments:
• First payment: Due 9 months before your wedding
• Second payment: Due 6 months before your wedding
• Final payment: Due 30 days before your wedding
If you need a little extra wiggle room with a payment, just let me know! I’m always happy to work with you when I can.
About Your Deposit
Your 20% deposit is non-refundable. If you decide to book another photographer, the deposit will not be returned.
If you need to change your wedding date, your deposit can be transferred to the new date as long as I am available. If I am already booked for your new date, the deposit will be refundable.
My goal is to make the payment process as easy and stress free as possible, so please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions or need to discuss a payment arrangement.
